Our target is the young couples who are about getting married or living together. They admire the sense of individuality and freedom. They travels and enjoy active social life. They dream of a home of their own which matches their taste and lifestyle (unlike the one of their parents). When it comes to the definition of luxury and premium, they have their own ways of interpretations.
We want to do something fresh, simple and engaging. And create certain emotional value to the consumers. We try to go back to the original point and figure what is the true value of a premium residence to our targets. Apart from fancy club house, gold plated bathroom-ware or designer home appliances, what exactly are our targets looking for? We think what we are building should be bigger, more emotional and meaningful than the apartment itself.
